If you reset your tv, bbc iplayer then works. From there, they were able to completely remove all the apps, then reinstall them from scratch rather than just deleting the pointer and reinstating it, which is all you can do through the normal menu. The biggest issue is going to be expiry dayes.

Nothing worked, so I called Samsung. I cannot start a programme from the beginning. Instructions for upgrading both can be found here although it's for a different model, it still worked for me. I can however then move to the Channels, Categories and Search Function sections. Would this be an issue? I tried it with the 1 o'clock news today and it wouldn't go back to the beginning.
